Junk Journaling is a hand made, used or store-bought book which is altered/decorated using repurposed/recycled materials and/or store-bought materials.

For having fun, Creating, Practicing, Writing, Reflection, Recording Memories, Contemplation, Healing, Worship, Playing, Praying, Communicating, Listening, Organizing your thoughts.

 

How can you use your Junk Journal?   

Diary, Commonplace Book (collect favorite quotes), Scrapbooking, Scriptures, Photo album, Baby Book, List of Books you've read or want to read, Grocery List, To Do List,  Make Pretty pages with NO words, Friends & Family birth date list,  Favorite Song Lyrics,  Stories/ Family memories, Write your Prayers, Recipe Book, Glue Book.
